Amends section 86-1704 of Nebraska's Parental Rights in Social Media Act to expand civil action provisions against social media companies and third-party vendors

Defines social media platforms as "products" for purposes of bringing product liability actions under section 25-21,180, enabling plaintiffs to pursue product liability claims

Allows minors or their parents to recover actual damages for violations, including damages for injury, self-harm, addiction, sexual exploitation, or other harms caused by the violation

Courts may award reasonable attorney's fees and litigation costs at their discretion in addition to equitable, declaratory, or monetary relief

Repeals the original section 86-1704 from the 2025 Revised Statutes Supplement
