Incapacitated persons, wards, minors, and protected persons may attend guardianship and conservatorship hearings virtually or in person, with this right explicitly added to required notice provisions

Guardians must monitor their ward or protected person at least once per month, maintain written records of each visit, and have periodic contact with all public or private individuals and agencies providing care or services

Courts may award costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, to any party in judicial proceedings involving the appointment, administration, or accounting of guardianships or conservatorships

Amends sections 30-2619, 30-2623, 30-2625, 30-2627, and 30-2636 of the Reissue Revised Statutes of Nebraska
