Increases the maximum number of pharmacy technicians and pharmacist interns a pharmacist may supervise at one time from three to four people

Requires that when a pharmacist supervises four pharmacy technicians or pharmacist interns, at least one must be a certified pharmacy technician

Pharmacist interns must be supervised at all times while performing pharmacy functions, except when receiving experiential training through an accredited pharmacy program
