Amends the Foreign-owned Real Estate National Security Act (sections 76-3702 and 76-3703) to update a federal reference date from January 1, 2025 to January 1, 2026 for U.S. Treasury sanctions lists used to identify restricted entities

Prohibits the State of Nebraska and any political subdivision from owning any interest in real estate in an adversary nation as defined in section 4-203

Maintains existing restrictions on nonresident aliens, foreign corporations, and foreign governments from purchasing or acquiring real estate or leasehold interests exceeding five years in Nebraska (effective January 1, 2025)

Continues requirement that violators of the Act are subject to divestment under section 76-3712, including restricted entities, nonresident aliens, foreign corporations, and foreign governments
