Requires the Nebraska State Colleges Board of Trustees and University of Nebraska Board of Regents to enter a memorandum of understanding to jointly administer the Rural Health Opportunity Program, including a shared application and interview process

Eligible students must have attended or graduated from an approved Nebraska high school (or equivalent) and lived in or been a resident of a rural area of Nebraska

Participating students receive a 100% waiver of tuition and fees for up to four years at a state college to complete required health care program coursework

Students completing the state college coursework gain early admission and transfer to eligible health care programs at the University of Nebraska Medical Center

Legislature intends to appropriate sufficient funding each fiscal year to implement the program
