Requires the Nebraska Coordinating Commission for Postsecondary Education to annually review federal determinations of low-earning outcome programs

Mandates an annual report to the Clerk of the Legislature documenting federal program determinations, enforcement actions, and estimated fiscal impact

Authorizes the Coordinating Commission to adopt rules and regulations to implement the funding restrictions
