Requires any public or private entity selling electronic tickets to large public events (venues with capacity of at least 5,000 people) to provide a free paper ticket upon request

Paper tickets must be delivered to the purchaser prior to the event or made available for the purchaser to print before the event

Civil penalty for violations equals $10 multiplied by the total number of tickets sold at the event where the violation occurred

Attorney General is responsible for enforcing the law, with all collected penalties remitted to the State Treasurer for distribution per the Nebraska Constitution
