Allows the Nebraska State Patrol to obtain driver's license digital images from the Department of Motor Vehicles to post on the Missing Persons Clearinghouse website when an individual has been deemed missing and cannot be located

Requires the Nebraska State Patrol to implement protection protocols against fraudulent use, maintain security measures for access, storage, and retention, and remove images within 3 business days after a missing person is located

Mandates that the Nebraska State Patrol and Department of Motor Vehicles enter into an agreement governing the release, use, protection, storage, and retention of digital images for missing persons purposes

Maintains existing restrictions limiting release of digital images and signatures to law enforcement agencies, driver licensing agencies of other states, and the Secretary of State for voter registration/identification purposes
