Eliminates an obsolete $10 million transfer provision from the Cash Reserve Fund to the School Safety and Security Fund that was completed after September 2, 2023.

Amends Section 84-612 of the Revised Statutes Supplement, 2025, removing the completed transfer language while renumbering subsequent subsections.

Retains all other Cash Reserve Fund transfer provisions, including transfers to the General Fund, Nebraska Capital Construction Fund, Governor's Emergency Cash Fund, and other designated funds.

Maintains the $500 million minimum balance requirement for Cash Reserve Fund transfers related to the Nebraska Property Tax Incentive Act.
