Expands the Disposition of Personal Property Landlord and Tenant Act to explicitly include mobile homes, mobile home parks, and mobile home spaces within its scope, adding these as defined terms alongside existing provisions for dwelling units and self-service storage facilities.

Adds a new definition of "personal property" to the Act, specifying it includes goods, wares, merchandise, motor vehicles, mobile homes, watercraft, household items, and furnishings.

Allows landlords to use the Disposition of Personal Property Landlord and Tenant Act as valid proof of ownership when applying for a certificate of title for a manufactured home or mobile home with an unavailable title.

Requires tenants who abandon mobile homes on mobile home spaces to comply with the Disposition of Personal Property Landlord and Tenant Act as one of the authorized methods for removing the mobile home.

Amends notice requirements to allow locked mobile homes to be described in abandonment notices without detailing their contents, similar to existing treatment of locked trunks and containers.
