Adds mountain lion to the list of species (deer, antelope, wild turkey, elk) for which the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission may issue limited hunting permits to qualifying landowners, leaseholders, and their immediate family members

Nebraska resident landowners must own at least 320 acres or lease at least 640 acres of farm or ranch land for agricultural purposes to qualify for a limited mountain lion permit

Limited mountain lion permits are valid for hunting within the entire mountain lion management zone where the qualifying landowner's property is located

Application fee for resident landowner limited mountain lion permits shall not exceed one-half the application fee for regular mountain lion permits

Limits issuance of limited mountain lion permits to no more than 75% of regular permits authorized for each mountain lion management unit
