Amends Nebraska statute 79-2,136 governing part-time enrollment of private, parochial, and non-accredited school students in public school districts

Students participating in extracurricular activities regulated by athletics or activities associations must enroll in at least 5 credit hours per semester at the public school district

Students participating in extracurricular activities NOT regulated by athletics or activities associations have no minimum credit hour enrollment requirement

Part-time students participating in extracurricular activities are entitled to transportation to and from practices and events to the same extent as public school students in those activities

School boards cannot give preference in extracurricular activity selection based on a student's full-time enrollment status
