Department of Administrative Services must assign each member of the Legislature, Supreme Court judge, and Court of Appeals judge a parking spot at the 1331 K Street parking garage beginning July 1, 2026

Department may work with Nebraska State Patrol to adopt rules and regulations for garage security

Amends sections 81-1101 and 81-1102 of the Reissue Revised Statutes of Nebraska to incorporate the new parking provision

Includes an emergency clause, meaning the act takes effect immediately when passed and approved rather than following the standard effective date
