Defines electronic smoking devices as any product containing nicotine, nicotine analogues, tobacco, or tobacco derivatives that uses heating elements or electronic/chemical/mechanical means to deliver substances in vapor, fog, mist, gas, or aerosol form

Violations constitute a Class IV misdemeanor

Exempts interstate transportation of devices and storage in warehouses or distribution centers from the requirements
