Amends Nebraska's Medicaid pharmacy dispensing fee structure, establishing a tiered reimbursement system effective July 1, 2026, based on prescription volume

Independent pharmacies (six or fewer locations) receive $10.38 per prescription regardless of volume; pharmacies with under 30,000 prescriptions/year also receive $10.38

Larger pharmacies receive reduced rates: $9.51 for 30,000-70,000 prescriptions/year, and $8.30 for 70,000+ prescriptions/year

Any pharmacy (except mail order) that is the only enrolled pharmacy within a 30-mile radius receives the top rate of $10.38 per prescription

Requires the department to complete a follow-up cost-of-dispensing survey by July 1, 2026, and submit annual recommendations to the Legislature for adjusting dispensing fees
