Amends Nebraska's Political Subdivisions Tort Claims Act (Section 13-910) and State Tort Claims Act (Section 81-8,219) to create an exception to governmental immunity for sexual assault claims involving children in school settings

Allows tort claims against the state or political subdivisions when a child's sexual assault occurred on school grounds, in school-owned/leased/contracted vehicles used for school purposes, in vehicles driven by school employees or designees for school purposes, or at school-sponsored activities or athletic events

Currently, both tort claims acts exempt government entities from liability for claims arising from assault, battery, and similar intentional torts; this bill carves out a specific exception for child sexual assault in educational contexts
