Prohibits drug manufacturers, their agents, affiliates, or third-party logistics providers from denying, restricting, or prohibiting the acquisition or delivery of 340B drugs to any location authorized by a 340B entity to receive them

Bars manufacturers from requiring 340B entities to submit claim data, utilization data, encounter data, medical data, purchasing data, or other information as a condition for acquiring or receiving 340B drugs, unless required by federal law

Authorizes the Attorney General or any county attorney to seek injunctions or other legal process to restrain or prevent violations of the act

Declared an emergency measure, taking effect immediately upon approval by the Governor on April 9, 2025

Includes severability clause ensuring remaining portions remain valid if any section is declared unconstitutional
