Appropriates $13,062,234 from the General Fund for FY2025-26 and $14,062,234 for FY2026-27 to provide state aid to community colleges specifically for dual enrollment programs

Funds must be distributed to community college areas in direct proportion to their full-time equivalent enrollment in dual-credit courses, based on data reported to the Coordinating Commission for Postsecondary Education

Dual-enrollment courses are defined as courses where credit applies toward both high school graduation requirements and postsecondary graduation

Legislature intends distributed funds be used to support discounting tuition for students enrolled in dual-enrollment courses

Declared an emergency measure, taking effect immediately upon passage and approval
