Amends the Nebraska Broadband Bridge Act to require grant applicants to obtain a resolution of project support from each county, city, and village where the proposed broadband project will be located

Resolutions must include a map of the proposed project area, acknowledgement that the applicant will apply for appropriate permits, and a proposed timeline for the project

Applies to broadband infrastructure grants that fund projects providing internet service scalable to 100 Mbps download and 100 Mbps upload speeds

Existing grant requirements remain unchanged, including 50% matching funds for projects outside high-cost areas and 25% for high-cost areas, with an 18-month completion deadline
