Requires the Legislative Performance Audit Committee to review and approve a schedule of audits for all state agencies on a rotating basis, ensuring each agency (or portion thereof) is audited every five years

Adds a new mandatory audit schedule requirement while retaining the committee's existing authority to adopt additional specific performance audit requests by majority vote

Amends Section 50-1208 of the Reissue Revised Statutes of Nebraska to incorporate the five-year rotating audit requirement as a new primary duty
