Amends section 76-2325.01 of Nebraska's One-Call Notification System Act to explicitly add "broadband" and "communications" companies to the list of protected infrastructure alongside existing telecommunications, railroad, and electric light and power companies

Expands the prohibition on willful and malicious interference with poles, wires, or other facilities to cover broadband and communications infrastructure

Extends penalties under section 28-519 to include willful interruption or interference with broadband and communications transmissions, in addition to telecommunications, messages, light, heat, and power
