Increases legislative members on the Committee on Pacific Conflict from four to five nonvoting members, appointed by the Executive Board of the Legislative Council

Removes obsolete deadline provisions requiring initial appointments within 60 days of April 17, 2024, and the first meeting within 90 days of that date

Maintains the committee's seven voting members: Director of State Homeland Security (chair), Director of Administrative Services, state investment officer, Adjutant General, and three Governor-appointed individuals with relevant expertise

Renumbers statutory subsections to reflect the elimination of outdated provisions while preserving all existing committee authorities and functions
