Adds "lawful source of income" as a protected class under the Nebraska Fair Housing Act, prohibiting housing discrimination against tenants based on how they pay rent

Defines lawful source of income to include social security, child support, foster care subsidies, alimony, veterans benefits, and federal housing vouchers under Section 8 (42 U.S.C. 1437f)

Prohibits landlords from refusing to sell, rent, or negotiate housing transactions, or from making discriminatory statements or inquiries based on a tenant's participation in public assistance programs

Allows conduct that benefits public assistance recipients, such as providing housing limited to voucher holders or offering favorable loan terms to assistance recipients

Amends nine sections of Nebraska Revised Statutes (20-139, 20-301, 20-303, 20-317, 20-318, 20-320, 20-321, 20-322, and 20-325) to incorporate source of income protections throughout fair housing law
