Amends Nebraska statutes 29-2262.06 and 29-2267 relating to probation revocation and fee waivers

Requires courts to automatically waive monthly probation programming fees for offenders previously found indigent in the case for which they are placed on probation

Adds new requirement to waive fees described in subdivisions (2)(m) and (o) of section 29-2262 for indigent offenders or those facing undue hardship due to limited income, employment/school status, or physical/mental handicap

Allows probation terms to be extended at the joint request of the probationer and prosecutor when a motion to revoke probation is filed, until final resolution or expiration of the maximum statutory probation period

Courts must accept extension requests if the probationer is represented by counsel or the court finds the request is made freely, voluntarily, knowingly, and intelligently
