Amends section 49-1402 of the Nebraska Political Accountability and Disclosure Act to make minor grammatical and stylistic changes to the legislative findings

Changes phrasing from "That the" to "The" and "That there" to "There" throughout the findings section, modernizing the statutory language

Reorders wording in one finding from "disclosure and accountability" to "accountability and disclosure"

Retains all substantive content regarding campaign finance transparency, anti-corruption measures, and ethical conduct standards for public officials and employees

Repeals the original section 49-1402 and replaces it with the amended version
