Updates the Food Code reference from 2017 to 2022 U.S. Public Health Service/FDA recommendations and updates federal Current Good Manufacturing Practice regulations from 2015 to April 1, 2024 standards

Increases permit and inspection fees for food establishments approximately 40% (e.g., food establishment base annual fee rises from $86.19 to $122.00; food processing plant annual fee rises from $120.64 to $171.00)

Extends the definition of "single event food vendor" from a 2-day maximum operating period to 4 days per calendar year

Updates Weights and Measures Act references to January 1, 2025 editions of NIST Handbooks 44, 130, and 133, and increases device inspection fees and administrative late fees (from 25% to 50% per month delinquent)

Declares an emergency, making the act effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor on April 29, 2025
