Child care programs located on military bases or federal property are exempted from Nebraska's Child Care Licensing Act requirements

Facilities licensed as family child care providers by the U.S. Department of Defense or U.S. Coast Guard are also exempted from state licensing

Amends section 71-1910 of the Revised Statutes to add these federal program exemptions to the existing list of excluded programs
