Expands use of the Opioid Treatment Infrastructure Cash Fund to allow appropriations to the Supreme Court for problem solving courts (drug, veterans, mental health, DUI, reentry, and young adult courts)

Authorizes problem solving courts to order medication-assisted treatment using FDA-approved medications combined with counseling and behavioral health therapies for substance use disorders

Appropriates $1 million for fiscal year 2025-26 and $1 million for fiscal year 2026-27 from the fund to the Supreme Court for medication-assisted treatment

Declares an emergency, making the act effective immediately upon passage and approval
