Increases Public Assistance General Fund appropriation for FY2024-25 from $61,018,454 to $76,018,454, adding $15,000,000 to the program

Modifies Hospital Quality Assurance funding by adding $15,000,000 from the Medicaid Managed Care Excess Profit Fund and reducing the Hospital Quality Assurance and Access Assessment Fund contribution from $632,500,000 to $617,500,000 for FY2024-25

Declares an emergency, making the act effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor on May 21, 2025
