Allows domestic violence victims to have a perpetrator who is a cotenant or occupant removed from the rental agreement by providing the landlord with a protective order, restraining order, or domestic violence certification

Requires landlords to serve a five-day termination notice on the perpetrator within 5-30 days of receiving the tenant's documentation, and to file suit for possession if the perpetrator does not vacate

Mandates landlords change locks within 24 hours when a tenant provides documentation of domestic violence committed by someone outside the dwelling unit

Permits landlords to recover court costs and reasonable attorney's fees from the perpetrator if judgment is entered in the landlord's favor

Requires landlords to refuse perpetrators access to reclaim property unless accompanied by law enforcement, and allows landlords to charge tenants the actual cost of lock changes
