Amends Nebraska statute 30-3417 governing health care powers of attorney to modify restrictions on when an attorney in fact can make decisions affecting a pregnant principal's unborn child

Under current law, an attorney in fact cannot make decisions that would result in the death of an unborn child when the principal is "known to be pregnant" and the child would likely develop to live birth

Changes the standard from "known to be pregnant" to simply "pregnant" and from the child being "likely to" develop to live birth to "probable that" the child will develop to live birth

Adds a new exception allowing such decisions when the principal's treating physician determines the principal's life is at risk with continued application of health care
