Requires inspectors to request and verify current proof of liability insurance at each unannounced inspection and at each department investigation

Licensees who cannot provide proof of insurance or have let coverage lapse must submit proof to the department within three business days or face license suspension

Licensure can be restored upon the department's receipt and verification of current proof of required liability insurance
