Reduces the license plate requirement from two plates to one plate for motor vehicles in Nebraska, with the single plate to be displayed on the rear of the vehicle

Amends sections 60-399 and 60-3,100 of the Nebraska Revised Statutes under the Motor Vehicle Registration Act

Maintains existing exceptions where certain vehicles already receive only one plate, including apportionable vehicles, buses, dealers, minitrucks, motorcycles, trailers, and truck-tractors

Keeps requirement that apportionable vehicles and truck-tractors display their single plate on the front of the vehicle
