Eliminates the September 30, 2026 end date for using federal Child Care and Development Block Grant funds to cover costs from the expanded income eligibility provisions established by Laws 2021, LB485

Updates statutory references to the federal child care assistance program from January 1, 2023 to January 1, 2025

Amends sections 68-1206 and 68-1724 of the Revised Statutes to implement these changes
