Amends Nebraska section 49-1474.01 to create separate disclaimer requirements for candidates versus other persons paying for political materials

Candidates paying for their own printed political materials (billboards, placards, posters, pamphlets) may now use either a street address or post office box number in the required disclaimer

Candidates paying for their own radio or television advertisements must include their name, and stations must keep the candidate's street address or post office box number on file for at least six months

Exemptions from disclaimer requirements remain for windshield stickers, yard signs, bumper stickers, campaign buttons, and balloons

Knowingly violating these disclaimer provisions is a Class IV misdemeanor
