Shifts payment responsibility for probation service expenses from counties to the state, including office space, facilities, staff salaries, travel expenses, and IT services

Establishes an implementation date between July 1, 2026 and July 1, 2027, to be selected by the State Court Administrator

Requires county officials to work collaboratively with the State Court Administrator to ensure a smooth transition of payment responsibilities

Authorizes the Supreme Court to adopt rules necessary to implement the new payment structure

Amends sections 25-2407 and 29-2259 of Nebraska statutes regarding probation services and interpreter requirements
