Amends Nebraska statute 32-607 to require filing officers to keep residence address, mailing address, and telephone number confidential for judges seeking retention on the ballot

Applies specifically to judges desiring retention who file candidate forms with the Secretary of State's office

Confidentiality requirement does not extend to other candidates for public office, who must still provide this information on filing forms
