Creates a Task Force on Supported Employment to study barriers preventing individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities from attaining and maintaining competitive integrated employment

Requires 12 voting members appointed by September 1, 2025, including representatives from the Governor's office, DHHS, service providers with 8+ years experience, self-advocates, disability organizations, and a chamber of commerce representative

Includes 9 nonvoting members from legislative committees, state agencies (Vocational Rehabilitation, Developmental Disabilities, Behavioral Health, Labor), UNMC's Munroe-Meyer Institute, and the State Treasurer's ABLE program

Task force must review the 2023 "Necessity or Luxury?" report and Nebraska's 2023 Supported Employment Action Plan, then create an action plan addressing workforce barriers, untapped employment potential, and ways to minimize negative impacts on benefit eligibility

Report due to Legislature and Governor by July 1, 2027; task force terminates December 31, 2027
