Department of Health and Human Services must provide a summary report by February 1 of each year for each licensed child care provider reimbursed through the federal Child Care Subsidy program in the previous calendar year

Report must include the number of paid day units by month for children younger than six years of age and for children six years of age and older

Report must include the number of paid partial day units by month for children younger than six years of age and for children six years of age and older

Report must include aggregate reimbursement amounts for children younger than six years of age and for children six years of age and older
