Amends Section 79-760.05 of Nebraska statutes to modify reporting requirements for student achievement and student discipline under the Quality Education Accountability Act

Requires the State Board of Education to create a public, searchable database containing de-identified student discipline data, searchable by school district, school building, offense, type of discipline, law enforcement involvement, and use of restraint or seclusion

Expands tracking of school-related citations and arrests to include incidents arising from involvement by school resource officers or other law enforcement

Shifts responsibility for designating discipline data coordinators from individual schools to school districts, with contact information required to be published on district websites

Adds enforcement authority allowing the Commissioner of Education to take remedial action, including potential accreditation violations, against school districts that intentionally refuse to comply with reporting requirements
