Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services must provide Medicaid coverage and reimbursement for self-measure blood pressure monitoring services for pregnant and postpartum women by January 1, 2027

Covered services include education and training on home blood pressure monitor setup and use, separate self-measurement readings, and daily data collection

Patients or caregivers must transmit blood pressure readings to health care providers, who can then review the data and create or modify treatment plans

Amends section 68-911 of the Revised Statutes Supplement, 2025, under the Medical Assistance Act
