Prohibits licensed healthcare providers (physicians, mental health practitioners, nurses, pharmacists, psychologists) from providing conversion therapy, gender identity conversion therapy, or sexual orientation conversion therapy to individuals under 19 years of age

Defines conversion therapy as practices seeking to change an individual's sexual orientation or gender identity, while explicitly excluding neutral counseling, gender transition support, and general acceptance/coping assistance

Exempts clergy members and religious counselors acting in pastoral or religious capacity rather than as healthcare professionals

Establishes violations as grounds for disciplinary action under the Uniform Credentialing Act (credential denial, suspension, or revocation) and classifies violations as deceptive trade practices subject to remedies under the Uniform Deceptive Trade Practices Act

Prohibits state and political subdivision funds from being used for conducting, referring individuals to, or providing health benefits coverage for conversion therapy
