Expands the definition of "depicted individual" to include persons whose bodies are shown through computer generation or digital manipulation (such as AI-generated deepfakes), not just actual photographs or recordings

Adds computer-generated or digitally manipulated intimate images created without consent to the definition of "private" images protected under the Act

Allows victims of AI-generated or digitally manipulated intimate images to pursue civil lawsuits for physical, economic, and emotional harm against those who intentionally disclose or threaten to disclose such images

Amends sections 25-3502 and 25-3503 of Nebraska's Revised Statutes; approved by the Governor on May 30, 2025
