Changes the term limit for Game and Parks Commission members from two full terms to three full terms, allowing commissioners to serve longer before becoming ineligible for reappointment

Eliminates obsolete transitional provisions from 2009 regarding the extension of terms for members serving districts 4, 6, and 8, as well as outdated language about five-year term appointments

Removes the specific reference to the at-large member's term beginning January 15, 2009, as this date has passed
