Amends the Geologists Regulation Act to restructure licensure pathways for professional geologists, including new routes for out-of-state licensees and individuals with 15+ years of exempt practice experience

Establishes maximum fees of $300 for geologist licensure, $300 for certificates of authorization, $100 for geologist-intern enrollment, $100 for emeritus status, and up to $100 for administrative processing

Requires applicants to complete 30 semester hours (or 45 quarter hours) of geology coursework, pass fundamentals and practice examinations, and demonstrate 4+ years of progressive experience for standard licensure

Creates a temporary permit system allowing out-of-state licensed geologists to practice on specific projects for limited time periods, with a one-permit-per-lifetime restriction

Modernizes Board of Geologists membership requirements, specifying 5 professional geologists with 10+ years experience, 1 academic member recommended by a college president, and 1 public member, all serving 5-year terms
