Adds offering or entering into a "right-to-list home sale agreement" (as defined in section 81-885.01) as a new category of deceptive trade practice under Nebraska law

Amends section 87-302 of the Reissue Revised Statutes of Nebraska, which defines what constitutes a deceptive trade practice in the course of business

Approved by the Governor on May 21, 2025, and introduced by Senator Storer of District 43

The new provision is added as subdivision (24) to the existing list of 23 prohibited deceptive trade practices, which include pyramid schemes, false advertising, fraudulent billing, and non-consensual explicit material distribution
