Clarifies that the firearm possession ban for prohibited juvenile offenders (under age 25) applies even when a juvenile record has been sealed upon termination of probation

Requires courts to inform juveniles when sealing their records that they remain prohibited from possessing firearms under section 28-1204.05, if applicable

Authorizes law enforcement agencies to access sealed juvenile records to determine if a person under 25 was previously adjudicated for a felony or misdemeanor crime of domestic violence when that person applies for a concealed handgun permit or certificate to purchase/transfer a handgun

Amends sections 28-1204.05 and 43-2,108.05 of the Revised Statutes Cumulative Supplement, 2024
