Terminates the Workplace Safety Consultation Program, which allowed the Department of Labor to conduct workplace inspections and consultations for OSHA/MSHA compliance, and eliminates the associated fee schedule and regulatory authority

Terminates the Workplace Safety Consultation Program Cash Fund, transferring any remaining balance to the General Fund upon the act's effective date

Outright repeals sections 48-444 and 48-445, which contained additional safety committee requirements for private employers
