Mandates development of a statewide plan by July 1, 2026 to maximize grant funding received by Nebraska entities, with annual updates thereafter

Requires annual reports to the Legislature by July 1 each year detailing the statewide plan summary, analysis of how state legislation affects grant eligibility, number of entities served, and total grant awards received through the office's assistance
