Amends section 2-1201 of Nebraska statutes to remove redundant language stating "who shall be" regarding the seven-member State Racing and Gaming Commission

Commission structure remains unchanged: seven members appointed by Governor, confirmed by Legislature majority, with one member from each congressional district and four at-large members serving four-year terms

Members receive $1,000 monthly compensation, adjustable every two years based on Consumer Price Index, plus expense reimbursement

Commission members prohibited from holding other government offices or having personal financial interests in licensed racetracks or authorized gaming operators during their term
